Shortage of resources, water, gas, electricity & overpopulation in Pakistan

There is general shortage of resources including shortage of water, cooking gas, electricity, liquefied petroleum gas LPG gas in Pakistan. Overpopulation and fast increasing population in Pakistan is the main reason.
Living in Pakistan is becoming increasingly difficult amid shortages of resources. Anyone who have lived in both countries, the United States and Pakistan, could sense the difference of quality of life between these countries. Clean drinking water is considered one of the basic rights of citizens around the world but there is no water filter system for domestic tap water.
One cannot imagine how alarming population growth is depleting resources. See TV channels. On every public news channel, people are angrily complaining about shortages of resources and utilities like Food, Electricity, Oil, Gas, Water and Housing etc. It is not only Pakistan, but also all the world is endangered due to high population growth. Work on revolutionary grounds is needed else our generations will perish!
Cooking or Sui gas come for some hours during extreme winters and there is electricity load-shedding. So we and majority of other people of Pakistan suffer bad cold in winter and extreme heat in summer. I learn that same situation exist in other parts of Lahore and Pakistan except in officer’s and army colonies, rich posh areas, senior officers or authorities homes and offices.
Pakistani real estate genuine productive worth in far less than existing property prices and rents. Lack of earning opportunities, terrorism and insecurity in Pakistan are other reasons. Why still Pakistani property prices and rents are so high? It is because of extremely fast population increase. However, rich and educated people are fast migrating to rich countries but still it is far less proportion as compared to population explosion.

Many people here say that future Pakistan India war will be on the issue of water as main Pakistani rivers are coming through India. Lahore is badly planned city whose population has increased to more than ten millions. There is such a huge traffic that we cannot cross road for 5 to 10 minutes at our location at Canal Bank.
An estimate in January 2015 gave the population of the Lahore agglomeration as 10,052,000 (10.05 million). It is ranked 34 in the most populated urban areas in the world. The area of Lahore has almost doubled in the last 12 to 14 years.
Government should make efforts to reduce Lahore population by shifting huge numbers of government offices and army establishments to other parts of the province or country so population distribute evenly across the country. As a volunteer, I have done so much work for this country. What very highly paid officials do?
Here I want to reveal one big waste of electricity by WAPDA, LESCO and other cities electricity board employees. One low grade LESCO employee told me that he is getting 800 units free electricity per month. He told that senior officers are getting 2,000 units and more free electricity per month. So, these employees are getting free electricity equal to their salaries. All this free electricity is being wasted on numerous air conditioners or selling to other rich people.
